How to Order

All of the artwork available from Firefly Artwork can be purchased using PayPal. This payment method is used for all of the online transactions undertaken through this website.

If you do not want to use PayPal please use one of the alternative methods of payment described on the payment options page and then follow the ordering guide given below. If you have any questions regarding how to order please don't hesitate to contact us.

We can arrange for you to view artworks before purchasing them, this is recommended if you are interested in purchasing an original artwork. Please contact us to arrange a viewing.

Step 1

Place the artworks you wish to purchase into the online 'Shopping Cart'. This can be done in either the 'Shop' or 'Galleries' within this website.

Step 2

Review and amend the contents of your 'Shopping Cart' to ensure that you have selected the required artworks. Also check that the quantities for each artwork are correct.

Step 3

For PayPal payments proceed to the 'Checkout' where you can complete your purchase using PayPal. The 'Checkout' button is located on the 'Shopping Cart' page.

For all other payment methods proceed to the 'Order Form' page. The 'Order Form' button is located on the 'Shopping Cart' page.

Step 4

Complete the 'Order Form' ensuring that all of the necessary information is provided. This is vital as we may be unable to deliver your order if it is not correctly filled in.

Step 5

Once the 'Order Form' has been completed print it off and post it with your payment to us at the following address:-

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the goods described within the order. The order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation may be by email or post.

We also recommend that you email your order form to us, if at all possible, so that we can reserve the artworks for you. This is of particular importance if you wish to purchase original artworks or limited edition prints.

Step 6

Your order will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity following acceptance of your order and receipt or clearance of funds.
