Contract Formation

By placing an order on this web site you are making an offer to purchase the goods described within the order. The order will not be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation may be by email or post.

The decision as to whether to accept any order from you is at our discretion and we are not bound to do so.

Dispatch of Goods

Items will be dispatched as soon as possible following our acceptance of your offer to purchase the items and the clearance of any funds required for the purchase of these items.

Defective Items

You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return a defective item to us.

Cancelling an Order

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products except commissioned original works of art.

To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation". Please package the relevant items securely and send them to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the product to you in error or the product is faulty. If we do not receive the items back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the items from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order.

Returns Policy

Firefly Artwork wants you to be entirely happy with every purchase from us. If for any reason you want to return items, we want you to know and understand our returns policy.

Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7/30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To Return an Item

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, pack the item securely and send the package to the address given below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, with all Certificates of Authenticity, and any other accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

Returned Items Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds for defective returned goods and order cancellations will be repaid in full as soon as possible following receipt of the goods.

Questions or complaints

Complaints or claims must be notified to us within twenty eight days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive.
