Terms & Conditions - Returns Policy

Firefly Artwork wants you to be entirely happy with every purchase from us. If for any reason you want to return items, we want you to know and understand our returns policy.

Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within seven days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective Goods

You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return a defective item to us.

To Return an Item

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, pack the item securely and send the package to the address given below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, with all Certificates of Authenticity, and any other accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned Items Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, Firefly Artwork will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds for defective returned goods and order cancellations will be repaid in full as soon as possible following receipt of the returned goods by Firefly Artwork.
